Let Talavera take you on a culinary adventure through Burgundy, France with our next menu in our tasting menu series. Chef Samantha and our Sommelier Shaun Adams will work in conjunction to perfectly pair classic white and red Burgundies with favorite dishes from the region. The menu is sure to be a perfect introduction to French food & wine, or bring you right back to your favorite vacation through the Cote D'or years ago.
On the evening of March 17th, resident Burgundy expert Seema Parthasarathy of Terlato wines will join us in the dining room to talk to guests about the wines being served with the menu. We hope you'll join us!
