Talavera hosts Melka Wines for a sommelier-paired wine dinner January 11 through 14. Sip and savor wines from the renowned California winery and indulge in a multi-course meal. On Wednesday January 11th, Cherie Melka, co-founder of Melka Wines, will kick off the multi-day event and join us in the dining room to talk exclusively with our guests one-on-one about the art and intricacies of making and tasting great wine.
